Kidney Patient’s Diet

Fruits that can be eaten :(Eat any type of fruit every day 50 – 100 grams)

Guava 1/2, apple 1/2, pear 3/2, ripe papaya 2-5 pieces, orange 1/2, pigeon 1/2, pineapple 2-5 pieces, bell.

That all vegetables can be eaten :Shrimp, membranes, rice cucumbers, membranes, data, lows, cucumbers.

All of those vegetables can be eaten: Data Vegetable, Lou Vegetable, Penny Vegetable, Red Vegetable.

All the vegetables that have to be boiled and cooked : Sweet pumpkin, potatoes, raw papaya, raw bananas, bananas, carrots, tomatoes, radish.

That will eliminate all the vegetables :Sausage, lamb, barley, raw sweet potato, couch, paneer, coriander leaves.

All that fruit cannot be eaten :Bananas, kamranga, pineapple, lemon, we, bigoi, ripe mango, jackfruit.

Foods to be skipped : Different types of pulses, nuts, cashew nuts, dates, dried fruits and beach foods should be eliminated.

Foods made from coconut water and coconut should be removed.

Cows, sheep, buffaloes have to be excluded from the brain, calligraphy, meat, marine fish, marine fish, shrimp.

Foods made of salt should be excluded: ( Chips, pickles, drizzle, cheese)

All types of formula foods (Horlicks, Complan), soft drinks (Coke, Sevenup,)

Boil water with more water and cook it: Vegetables with high potassium such as sweet pumpkin, potatoes, raw papaya, raw bananas, korla, carrots, tomatoes, radish in the latching method ie more water should be cooked with water.

Ethnic foods should be eaten in large quantities:Eat more foods like (fish, meat, eggs)

Fruits should be eaten less. :Fruits with high potassium such as: bananas, grapes, kamaranga, pineapple, lemon, we, raisins, ripe mango, jackfruit should be eaten less.

High phosphate foods should be avoided :High phosphate foods like milk, dairy products, variety of pulses, beans and cows meat is not good.Low fat meat is good.

High sodium foods should be avoided : High sodium foods like salt, canned food, nuggets, sausage, salty biscuits, various sauces, popcorn, pickles, peanuts should be avoided. Dried fish cannot be eaten.

General instructions: Cannot drink more than a certain amount of water, Anything you eat in liquid (tea, milk) must be within a certain amount.

Extra oil and spice foods cannot be eaten.

Avoid smoking, white leaves, jordans.

Patients who receive dialysis for eight hours a week should be given control of potassium and other foods. They must consult a doctor.

 

Kidney transplant patient management of food

Take all that food :

Drink sufficient amount of pure water, at least 3-4 liters .

It is better to eat meat, fish, milk and yogurt without chicken skin .

Light Liquor Tea can be consumed .

Eating enough vegetables and vegetables is good.

Vegetables should be thoroughly washed with pure water before cooking.

Cook well and take the food after cooling.

It is best not to eat bread, cheese, butter, chips, cakes, pastries, calluses, gums, big shrimp, fish heads, fish eggs, pickles, sauces, tomato sauce and all salty foods.

Don’t eat raw or well-cooked foods .Especially do not eat less fried meat and less fried eggs.

 

Kidney stone patients eat less

Milk and milk products, dried fish, raw vegetables, chocolate, tea, coffee, tomatoes, tomato sauce, potatoes, beets, couch, salted foods, nuts, cashew nuts.
